Necessity of excellence !

"Necessity is the mother of invention", all the inventions today are a boon of necessity, but have we invented something in the recent past which has changed or tried to change the present situation. Excellence is required in every field but it has never been made mandatory. Excellence is the desire of even the unwilling people and you do not need anybody's permission to covet for something.

Success comes after excellence, as said by Rancho baba of 3idiots, and is very much true. Excellence will bring unlimited happiness and sky will be the limit then. Nothing will be a barrier then. Smart work is the key to excellence. You should choose to work smart instead of working hard.

Can popularity be a curse ?

Your hunger for food might end someday but the hunger for popularity is never ending and that hunger brings a curse onto us. You have been on a journey since the time you have had the knowledge of addition and subtraction and one of the most important ingredient that adds flavor to that journey is the will to become famous, to become popular. You will obviously not want be the next Shah Rukh Khan or the next Sachin Tendulkar but you will have a desire to become someone big one day. This desire, if fed properly with the protein of determination, will surely turn into reality.

Becoming popular and the journey are two very different stages. You might think that after becoming popular you will no longer want anything but exactly the opposite happens. The hunger increases exponentially and slowly becomes out of control, this is the time when it becomes a curse and you no longer want to be popular.
